Two mustard chicken. It's easy to make, relatively quick, and perfect for a weeknight. We have some great Riesling mustard that I got at the Christmas Market in Cologne. I usually put in a teaspoon of that also (so I guess it's technically 3 mustard chicken then) and it really makes the dish taste incredible.
