Day Out: Ile St. Louis

It's the wee small hours of the morning on Sunday so I can say that the day after tomorrow!! we leave for Paris! WOW

I love this article from the NYTimes. I cannot wait for our own "Day Out".

I'm currently debating between a fashion related souvenir or a kitchen related souvenir. Decisions decisions.

Christmas Music!

I love love love Christmas music. Any and all of it. Faith Hill, Sarah Brightman, Andy Williams, a Church Choir - you name the song I probably have 3 versions of it on my iTunes "Christmas" play list. Which, currently, has 116 songs. My personal favorites are below. What are yours?

Gift Giving 2008

I did not do my Christmas shopping online this year. Today, while waiting on a slow & long line at Staples to ship a box to my family I really regretted my decision. So here are some gifts I coulda, woulda, shoulda sent!

Hello Kitty sewing machine in green from Target. Compact size, 6 built in stitches & button holes. If I paid any attention when my mom was trying to teach me to sew that would mean something to me. Alas, I was happier to play with the box of buttons she kept nearby.
