This looks like a big old mess....but seriously...baked eggs with parm cheese & sauce, good crusty bread on the side. So so so good. Paired with a bellini and a beautiful spring day - delish.
TGCE - I wish there were more Italian places that did breakfast foods for brunch. Little Frankie's is one of only a few I know here. It's a nice change from Huevos Rancheros!
Fash, I think the recipe is literally what you see - a pomodoro sauce, baked eggs and a good dusting of parm cheese. I could eat it every weekend!!!
That looks delish. Can't imagine a place in California where I could get a brunch like that.
